Constance joined the Cleveland State University Advancement staff in August of 2017. She has a thirty-year career in the
nonprofit industry, with over 20 of those years in higher education. Her career includes expertise in major and
estate gifts, alumni and donor relations, special events, grant writing and development communications. Prior to
joining CSU, Constance held management positions with the Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Museum of Art, Case
Western Reserve University, Columbia University and Kent State University. Before coming into her current role at CSU,
Constance served as Director of Advancement for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and Senior Director of
Advancement for the College of Arts & Sciences. She holds two degrees from CSU, a BA in Communication and an MA in
English.
