Rosalind R. Roberts

Rosalind Roberts believes it is very gratifying to know you have done something to benefit society through education for future generations.

Not a graduate of CSU herself, Roberts was inspired to make a bequest gift to CSU by Jack Hudson, a graduate of CSU's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

"Jack was someone I loved and admired. He had a very illustrious career as a prosecuting attorney, was a great mentor to young people and impacted many lives, "she says. "This gift in his memory honors the values he stood for as a lawyer and will help students realize their dreams by providing scholarships at the law school he attended."

Roberts believes that you should never be afraid of change. Her advice to future generations is to work hard, follow your heart and dreams. Stay disciplined, use setbacks to strengthen yourself and always keep learning."

She calls the growth of CSU through the years magnificent and a vast difference from when she attended classes. "I am very pleased to think I am a small part of that," she says.
